I designed this virtual background for Smartsheet’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team in recognition of Women’s History Month. The illustration highlights diversity and representation through silhouettes and a palette aligned with Smartsheet’s brand. Created for use across virtual meetings, the design provided employees with a unifying visual to show solidarity and celebrate women’s contributions.
